I have just got my hands on 300cts of Hydro Grossular Garnet Cabochons from the Kunar province in Afghanistan various sizes and shapes,I will be setting some myself. If anyone is interested I am selling at £3.00 ct.

I'm more into glittery things myself John, so I prefer the opals. There was a time when you could buy boulder opals glistening in their rough natural matrix.

Sadly this has changed and the whole rock gets polished, I think spoiling the effect. Dennis
