Help. My stainless steel shot has gone grey. No shine at all. The planetoids are still silver. Any suggestions on how to clean them? I am really not happy at all.

Ideally, at the end of a session you pour the shot into a plastic sieve and rinse it well. Rinse the barrel too and return the shot to dry in its own time with the lid not quite on.

Whatever has affected your shot will come off again if you run the shot in a barrel with new barrelling solution for half an hour or so.

It is best if you use a dedicated agent, because other detergents might contain ingredients which are not shot friendly. Dennis.
