Cast your peepers over these proud beauties from today.

I was in a bit of a Robinson Crusoe mood today looking for Girl Friday - big feet she's got!

I love footprint rings and made some with resin in the feet once...
Looked pretty coolio but didn't take any pictures :(
They are so neat, is that what your laser cutter does?

is that what your laser cutter does?

Yes it's a beast - blasted through a gold ring whilst engraving the inside on a few occasions and then had to spend hours welding it up again from the outside :(

Would it be able to cut all the way through it you wanted to do it on purpose??
e.g. for a pierced design and is it something you do as a service?

It can but the time involved would kill it. Most of the time we are engraving but we occasionally cut bits from sheet up to 0.5mm thick. You can actually do 3D engraving on the machine with a special attachment for cutting mould tools or coin tools for example, but I haven't got one.

I did some guitar picks as an experiment for myself but they work out really expensive.

Wow, they look fab and great photography too.

Nic, you can get an electric piercing saw from Rio Grande which, according to Cynthia Eid is really good.
