Hand engraving course wanted

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a hand engraving course or tutor in the UK. Preferably in the midlands because I live in Herefordshire. Although I can travel anywhere. Any good book or DVD recommendations would be great as well.
I've tried west dean college and their next course is already full.
