Well, which is the cheap and best gold purity tester available in today's world ?

If you're doing it yourself then I guess you could have one or the other!

Direct acid or touchstone testing would give you good results (assuming that you've had sufficient training to accurately read the results!) and the kits are reasonably inexpensive.

For highly accurate testing, then you would need an XRF machine or an ICPOES machine and/or a laboratory!! None of that is cheap though!

Depends on the level of accuracy you need, but I would go with touchstone testing and a well trained person doing it.
