Hello All,

Stumbled onto jewelery making when I met a manufacturing jeweler while 4 x4 ing on our local beach.
He had bought a small lathe & did not know how to use it.
He wanted to machine titanium rings.
Anyway it's difficult to teach someone to turn when they have only 5 minutes to spare so I made a few for them instead.
He taught me a few things about jewelery making as well.
Short - story -I bought a larger lathe, & now am machining some rings just for friend & family.
Looking forward to picking up some ideas from these forums.

Thought I might try & post some photos.
Built a light box with the intention of creating a web-site.
Experimenting with colours.
But as I see I need more posts before I'm able to do so.
Anodizing is a fickle process but very rewarding when it's done properly.
