Hello - I am thinking this may be a new process I would like to explore (specifically to surround druzys like the pic attached6736) ....can anyone recommend any youtube vids or tutorials ...or would doing this in a home based environment be a no no ?

If you want to electroform copper, then it's comparatively safe; electroforming silver or gold generally requires cyanide-based solutions. Depends if your home-based environment includes proper handling procedures and fume cupboards :)

No - nothing like that (so glad I checked !!) ..... But copper could be interesting :)
