Resin would be your best bet, if you don't know how to do it or want someone else to do it I can recommend someone who specialises in that kind of thing if you like :)

hi! I don't know of anyone but I know how you could do it yourself! it would involve resin as someone mentioned above, which you can get from hobbycraft or my recommendation is tiranti (they have a website) I'd experiment with it on a similar fabric first so try painting on layers at a time to build up a protective coating or finding something you can use as a mould to pour it into and use straight away. if you dont know about resin its basically a liquid form of plastic which hardens when mixed with resin hardener, and its clear so your wristband will still be visible inside it :) its quite easy to use so you should be ok to do it yourself, I practice with consistancies in an ice cube tray as once dry they pop out quite easily, hope this helps!

have a look at PennyDog's website - she makes resin jewellery and even has some books for sale - PennyDog Jewellery - Handmade jewellery by Kerry Wilkinson (http://www.penny-dog.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=18)

I'm sure if you sent her an email she'd answer your questions. I know her via Folksy.

Oooh yes I've got Pennydogs book (it's excellent) she covers a resin with fabric pendant in the book but I'm sure you could adapt the idea
