Just wondering what chart you guys use to make conversions from US etc?
I tried using this one:
http://www.ringsizes.co
But have discovered that their inner diameter measurement isn't agreeing with my ring sizers or mandrel on the UK sizings so now wondering about the US sizes too although I haven't had any problems with customers saying the size is wrong.

No comment on that Sarah, but as even sizers made by different companies can differ and I have some very pernickety recipients, I would only use the same make of sizer as the customer. That way you can be sure that you are singing from the same hymn book.

However there is a conversion system here, by toggling back and forth: http://mordent.com/toolsapps/

Also you might not be aware of this table (for English sizes), compiled by our dedicated member, Wallace: http://www.sleepingdragon.co.uk/uploads/2/6/0/9/26090340/ring_metal_sizes_1-3mm_a-z6.pdf

Thanks very much Dennis ( and Wallace).
Either Im doing something weird or the Mordent system is a tad bonkers, I typed in UK 'O' at 2.5mm thick and 6mm wide and it came back with 103.85 mm :-O
Its a bit worrying if the various charts etc don't agree !

It is, unless you use capitals, then it's happy.
I had this issue and someone here suggested that it needs capitals.

I'm still using Wallace's chart which she posted on here some time ago. It's stuck on the back of a cupboard door and is sooo useful.

I think there is a Cookson one too, if I am not mistaken. I have their UK one on the wall next to my work bench and I'm pretty sure I also downloaded some conversion charts...
