Hi, Yes I am new,

A novice, completely fresh and green. I Have had a desire to do this for many years, so here I am. Da Dah.

I am so eager to get tooled up, but I think that would be wrong, so I want to combine this, my first post in asking where courses are held, or even a one day course perhaps, or even a half day? One on one tuition maybe? I want to avoid buying lots of stuff and not really having a clue on what I do with it. Hahaha. But I don't want to get into a situation where I have to wait weeks to be able to get to a class, as I would just buy stuff anyway and try it alone. I would really benefit from a brief bit of tuition/induction, sooner rather than later, I am able to pay for it. have car, can travel, have wallet can pay. I am from Cambridgeshire.

Best Regards,

Wilson.

I really enjoyed this YT video, I would love to try that.

Hi Wilson and welcome. I can't help you with the tuition I'm afraid. I did find this though http://www.whitehousearts.co.uk/courses.htm

Wilson, I have recently started in jewellery making and learnt a lot of the basics from the Andrew Berry and Soham Harrison videos on You Tube.

Hi Wilson and welcome.

Have you checked out Burwash Manor in Barton? http://burwashmanor.com They quite often to exhibition from local designer makers and may give you some leads? Then there is Cambridge Open Studios, http://www.camopenstudios.co.uk and they may be able to help you with local tutors and courses?
