hey, I'm currently using 3/0's and I was wondering if there was anything smaller? I know these are pretty small anyway and they work well for what I'm doing at the moment, to the naked eye its good work but if I put my work under an optivisor or look through a loupe at it then I can see the difference, which makes me want to file or saw closer to the outline of the object im working on, any advice on smaller fineline blades????? T.I.A :)

The higher the number the smaller the blades, I use 4/0 and 6/0 for fine work, but I do have 8/0 for specially fine jobs, but bear in mind that fine saw blades do not cut true on thick sheet.

I use 6/0 blades for particularly fiddly piercing. Like James, I also have some 8/0 but they are so super-tiny I hardly ever need to use them.
