making beads to fit a pandora bracelet

I have been asked to make one - will be from sheet not pmc. Can anyone help me with sizing please?

If it's for an actual pandora, the inner diameter needs to be a minimum of 4.25mm, but 4.6 is a lot safer if the bracelet has a screw-on fitting.

Other systems differ -ranging from 3.3 to 5mm.
