Hi, I'm Sarah and I make jewellery. At the moment it's mainly beaded things, but I also dabble in metal clay and have just started metal stamping (and have the bruised thumb to prove it #-o)
Am keen to learn all aspects of making jewellery and would love, one day, to be able to call myself a jeweller.

Hello Sarah, welcome to this forum. I see you also asked George about sterling silver blanks, may I suggest if you are keen to learn all aspects of making jewellery, that you invest in a bench peg and a piercing saw frame with some blades. Then you can start by learning to cut any shapes you require.

Thanks James, I don't own these at the moment. Space and funds are limited at present, but that is something I am really keen to invest in in the near future.
