I've been trying to find these Kraft Boxes in this size http://www.bathpotters.co.uk/kraft-colour-cotton-filled-jewellery-box-ref-jboxk/p5822, but apart from a company called Box Displays (who send most of them to you covered in GLUE :N:, i can't find them anywhere else!

Tiny Box Co. do the larger size which are excellent quality, but those are too thick to be posted via Large Letter post (hence, costing an extra £2.10 to ship).

This small size are proving very hard to find.....but if anyone knows where i can buy them, please let me know.
Thanks!

Have you tried Potters Boxes. They do a box that's large letter size. http://www.pottersuk.com/products.asp?SectionID=124

I don't have any problems with the tiny box co's 21mm deep boxes - as long as you don't use a thick jiffy bag. I use PiP boxes for them, and they fit just fine at large letter rate.

I use the Potters ones in cardboard envelopes. I only use them for cheap things though. I also buy flock inserts from Potters as I hate the wadding ones.

I am a big fan of The Tiny Box Co, and like the quality of their wadding that doesn't seem to stick to the jewellery like other cotton wadding. I just pop the smallest boxes into a small PiP box like George. If anything needs a larger box, then the price of it generally warranties better packing and a small packet rate.

I use Noble for all of my boxes as I really struggled to find what I wanted from anywhere else (http://www.noblepack.com/)

Kraft boxes like the ones you're looking for can be found here: http://www.noblepack.com/Jewelry-Boxes-Paper-Boxes-Solid-White-and-Kraft.asp
They'll also hot-stamp print your logo on the outside of them if you want :)

My only issue with them ever is that they sometimes run low on stock, but it isn't usually a problem as long as I order enough to keep on top of orders. They're also pretty good with info if you phone them :)

Yes, these are the ones i need!
[I'm guessing the 20mm depth should be fine being sent Large Letter in a Jiffy Bag?]
Any idea how much postage is on 100 Boxes (they don't provide the shipping rates online)......and i see they also charge a £6.25 charge if you don't order more than £50?

Yay :) I have no idea about the postage, but 1'm guessing the 20mm should be fine for a large letter.
You could always give them a call about the £6.25 charge - I'm afraid I tend to put in large orders for wooden boxes / bags & other various bits, so I get to £50 no problem :(

OK, will give them a call.
Thanks again Lucie!
Thanks for all replies as well, your input is very much appreciated.

I think you might find that in a jiffy bag, 20mm is too deep for large letter size. I use the Potters boxes Carole mentioned and their 18mm boxes only just fit through the gap in a cardboard envelope which is significantly less bulky than a jiffy bag.

I haven't placed an order yet, so thanks for the heads up Ally.
Just checked Tiny Co's Boxes and they're 21mm, so i suspect you're right
I do like those Pinstriped Kraft Boxes on the Potters website, but their prices (£49 for 100- not incl p&p) do seem a bit steep! :/

If you wanted to double check before you commit to a purchase, I know that Noble will sell you a sample box so that you can double check. I took the wotsit with this a bit & had loads of sample boxes of different types sent to me when I set up, as I just couldn't decide what I wanted :)

Still looking at other options Lucie,...but will bear that in mind. Lol
I take it, they're not FREE samples? ;)

I seem to remember paying for them, otherwise they'd probably go out of business with folk like me :-"

I'm not sure where you live @silvermagpie, but IJL is on in London in a couple of weeks and there's always a good few packaging companies - you could take an envelope with you and see which ones fit!

I'll need them before then, so it''ll be too late sadly.
I'm also going to need Bangle Boxes as well now, which again....not easy to find any (reasonably priced) skinnier than 24mm deep. :/
