Foredom handpiece service?

Anyone know where to get my foredom micro motor handpiece MH-170 serviced in the EU?
Currently using a spare, my original runs abit "raspy", it`s not the brushes & i have replaced 2 bearings.. still not smooth & quiet, so needs some expert mechanic.
