Hi,
I've sent two emails to birmingham.sales but not had a reply, so am asking here.
Please could you tell me why I was charged P&P on an order which was placed during the last FreePost event.
Order No: IO390464 Delivery Invoice II417851, Your Ref Internet 2011-11-30

I had this problem recently as well.I was not happy, but a phonecall did easily resolve matters!

I had the same and again a phone call sorted it, they are always helpful when a problem occurs if you speak to them. Its annoying at the time, but everyone can have a problem, its just how its dealt with, and they are good at sorting out problems.

Not yet. I tried phoning but was stuck in the queue and gave up after a few minutes.
