Hi! I have been teaching myself Silver Clay techniques over the last 5 months, and am really enjoying it! I have been selling fingerprint charms to make a bit of money to fund the silver for my own designs. I am just not happy with the final finish I am getting. I have tried tumbling which isn't ideal as it rubs the fingerprint down. I have used the polishing papers too, still not a great result. I have a second hand Dremel, and went a bit nuts yesterdy and read the other forums on here and ended up buying Tripoli, jewellers rouge, mops for the rouge and tripoli, the the Rubb set as well as the 4 grades of burr attachments.... Can anyone suggest to me the best way to get a nice finish on my fingerprint pieces? Not necessarily using EVERYTHING that I bought! :)
