Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place for this post. I have been trying torch enamelling today and have sore eyes as a result. I know that I should buy some proper glasses to protect my eyes (I currently only have clear plastic safety goggles) - can anyone recommend some?

Thanks,

Bob

You need something along the lines of these apparently:

Safety Glasses (http://www.tuffnellglass.com/contents/en-uk/d25.html)

I am yet to buy proper glasses, but as soon as I have the spare cash I think my eyes deserve decent protection #-o

Wow, those are expensive. I am tempted though as looking into a kiln can cause cataracts. Anyone know of any cheaper ones?
