Hello newbie from Chingford!

Hello Im new here! My mum got me into jewellery making with gemstones when I was younger, she used to do basic setting of stones in pre-made settings although she always wanted to go further but never knew where to start. I have been trying out all sorts of crafts for the past few years(since i was about 9 and im now 22) I was looking for agate slices to make a necklace when i stumbled upon this forum. I really want to learn how to make my own gemstone jewellery ive got loads of books on the subject but have never really thought of giving it ago. Anyway thats enough rambling from me! look forward to becoming a regular on here! x laura x
