Hi

I make tiaras and jewellery and I am in need of a pair of cutters that can get into tiny spaces and cut sharply with just the tips, so I can get right close and also for the same reason a pair of pliers with a long point that also has good grip right to the point.

many thanks

Tronex razor cutters, or for a slightly cheaper alternative, xuron 410's. Xuron also do some nice micro round nose that might be just what you're looking for for the second pair.

thanks, Ive got xuron micro cutters, but I am a bit dissapointed that they arnt sharp at the tips, is it worth paying out for lindstroms?

Lindströms are great, but to get the shape you're looking for, you'd need to look at an electronics supplier. I have about four pairs of their cutters, and only one is fine tipped enough for that sort of work. I think the tronex cutters might be what you're after - they're not cheap either though!

No, buy buttons are sharp enough already. D.

has anyone used the Wubbers Pliers?

Yes, and I love them. Not as good as Lindstrom but far more reasonably priced.
