Any one known a quick and easy way to make so called Sleeper earrings(hoops) as, as from 2moro that's all we are allowed to wear at work so of course i wanna make some that are a little different!!!!

There's a tutorial for some simple forged hoops here

To that design you can then solder some little accent e.g. tiny heart ;)
or wire wrap the ring with a contrast colour wire etc etc

Oh I like that one Nic - in my classes I teach making plain loops in the same method, but the planishing of the circle does allow for extra detail like soldering as you suggest. Or even stamping.
