Hi and Thanks to everyone who helped solve the problem of soldering the large bangle/cuff!:ta:

So I thought I would share with you what all the hair tugging was about...............

Its a little on the funky side, but I am pleased how it turned out and so is my friend whom it was intended for.:V:

Oh.....Which torch did I use???? Go System QP8066H Quick Pro Auto Swivel Torch (From B&Q £34.99 -15% OFF). Sounds impressive.......Well, it is!!!!
Max Temp: 1630 degree C and 3100 Watts of roaring power. Used with the Map gas canister......An absolute beauty for those large jobs.

Can't wait to make another bangle and use my new toy!

Have a great New Year!!!:~:

That's really lovely, how on earth did you manage to get the beads to stay on? They look like they are defying gravity!

Love the end result - are the beads glass or semi-precious?

And great design - as it's a bangle they'll stay on top of the wrist rather than doing the dreaded swivel to the inside!

That bangle is amazing - glad to hear you got a torch sorted out in the end - was it another Christmas present?

Yeah, another prezzie to myself. I was really boring this year and just asked Santa for money........there are toooooo many things I want and need; now I just have to decide which to get. Too indecisive at the min.

what a great post! all too often peeps take advice and go off and do...so those who read these posts, dont get the feedback of how it all turned out.

Thank you, for taking the time to show how it all worked out.
