Hi everybody, i've been using cooksons for 2 years now since i started silversmithing at college, i think the idea of this forum is brilliant, just for those niggling little questions and sharing info!!!! i'm sure i will be a regular!!

thanx ladies, i've been having a good nosey and found some real good stuff, altho my course was called " silversmithing" i'm really into designing and making sterling silver jewellery.

Hiya, i have just started a college course for "Jewellery Design and Making" too, looking forward to my first full year there in september as i just tagged in for the last term :)

lol, not nosey at all, if you don't ask you don't find out anything!!! i've just finished my 2nd year at college part time on a silversmithing and jewellery making course,i tried a little bit of everything but jewellery is my thing, i take my ideas from allsorts of sources ,i like rustic, natural form, individuality and uniqueness(if that's a word!!) currently i have just started to sell my work exclusively thru a local gallery.
