I don't want snow yet - I've only just been allowed to drive again after the hip-op and I want to get out and about!!!

Some flurries here too. I just hope it doesn't mess all the trains up this evening! (Well... mess them up further, as since they changed all the timetables at the start of this week, none of the ones I've been on have been on time :p)

Woke up to a frost and then had a few tiny tiny snowflakes then it turned to murky drizzle and 1C - time to stoke up the log burner I think :)

Me too , I love the snow as long as I don't have to drive anywhere, today we have had nasty windy cold drizzle, my worst kind of weather, but my friend and I took our little ones to see the Christmas decorations and displays at Chatsworth House, it was gorgeous.... log fires, lots of oh so elegant decorations and roasted chestnuts and the kids thought it was great too !

About 4" deep in the Close where I live - no snowploughs ever down the Close, but clear on the main roads. I nobly drove the OH to the station (and did the shopping) but I was so scared of falling and putting my new hip out!!

HI All
We had a bout 3-4 inches this morning with a lovely sunrise. Been clear all day and we traipsed up to London by the river and it was lovely. There is a lovely Jewellery exhibition at the National Theatre called Dazzle. Some lovely exhibits, worth seeing.

I've been in London the last couple of days - was supposed to be our departmental xmas dinner last night but it was cancelled/postponed as most of our team couldn't even get into work let alone get home again.

Saw a little snow in Central London.

Got home today to find 4 inches of white stuff on the driveway!!!!!! I love snow in the sun!:snow:

Second day of being snowed in!! Roads & pavements all completely treacherous after an 8" snowfall yesterday.......kids are bored with it now cos it's so difficult to see their friends. (no pleasing them lol)
