.... that they are now working on steel/stainless steel clay in the States.

It's early days but it does look as though the powdered forms of the metal clays could be fired together!


Ooooo the possibilities are endless.

Oooh. All very exciting! When (not if!) I get a kiln, I'm going to have a go with the metal clays :D

Hm, not sure if I should mention it - apparently you can use a torch or a gas hob for some sizes of metal clay items so you don't need to wait for your kiln. I haven't tried any of these methods yet - seeing Nic (MuranoSilver) in Jan - Nic may be able to confirm/refute my understanding.

Yeah, I know you can, but I'm rather busy with other things at the moment - given that I'm going to get one eventually for the lampworking, I figure I can try out the clay then.
