I was wondering today whether another section could be added to the forum, solely for showing works in progress. It's great that we have the section to show off our jewellery pieces, but as someone who often thinks the pieces look marvellous but hasn't a clue how they came about, I think to have a separate WIP section might be a useful addition?

Just an idea I thought I'd put to the floor!

You can put work in progress in the show off your work section or if you intend to help other along there is a Tutorial section too :)
Here's a Step by step I did of a PMC Mixed media Piece (http://www.cooksongold.com/forum/show-off-your-jewellery-pieces-here/158-work-progress-start-finish-pmc-mixed-media-piece.html)...it was in the "show off your work section"

Thanks Nic, I was wondering after posting that whether a WIP section would actually already be encompassed in the show off your items section. I'm not sure I have much advice to pass on at the moment, but will as soon as I do I'll be on there! :Y:

It's nice to see a bit more glamour on the forum apart from me :)

It's not sufficiently past the watershed to warrant such a rude reply. I'd say it'd have to be at least a 2.25am comment. AND if there was a channel 5 section of the forum, it would have to be on that.

It was merely to do with who, or what would be more apt, JJ wanted to beat.

You SEE?! Appalling!
