Hi all,

Can't imagine you've really noticed that I disappeared off the face of the earth for the past month or so but "Hi again" anyway!! I've been obsessively trying to book wedding things for the big day next June. But that's another story!

Anyway - I've never posted pieces before and I thought it was about time. So here goes....please give me your true thoughts. Apols that you can't see the whole pieces in some of these photos - some of them are detail shots. My OH has took them and these are the only ones he's given me so far - he has more that you can see the whole pieces in!!!

Beautiful, Fi. Because I can't do delicate I particularly love the daisy chain but they're all gorgeous :Y:

And these are some pieces I made at my recent "adding colour to your clay" class. The daisy is polymer clay and the the lentil and the heart have UV resin and the teardrop has UV resin and crushed mineral accents.

As you can see this is just a wee snap I took rather than my OH!!

I have to fess up here and say I'm not keen on the majority of polymer clay and metal stuff I've seen (which is why I have a whole cupboardful of virgin polymer clay). BUT, I love that lentil.

How long have you been making jewellery Fi?

Those pieces look terribly professional. *compliment*

:Y:

Wow - thank you so much!! :">

I started playing about with beads in February and took up PMC in May. So far I've done four day long classes - Intro, ring making, intermediate and adding colour and lots of recreational playing in between. I find it sometimes frustrating but very rewarding!!!

Funny you should say that Annie....he's actually just starting out as a photographer. He's always dabbled in snapping and is in the process of setting himself up as a freelance cameraman and photographer. He's already done website shots for a girl who sells sparkly baby stuff. He never believes me when I tell him his stuff is good so I'll pass on your compliment!!

Georgeous work Fi. I love the flower pendants in the first piccie. Also like the additional colour in the chain maille bracelet. I've made that weave but never thought of adding colour inside the weave. Simple and very effective.

Me four!

Love your flowers, they are so sweet and really wonderful colour mixes on all your pieces. xx

And can I borrow your OH, my photographic skills are one of the main things that is stopping me from setting up a website. (oh and the fact that I am pants with all things I.T.ish.)
