Whilst looking for something completely unrelated earlier today, I found a mould I'd put some art clay into about six months ago and promptly forgot. Is it still fine to fire, or should I just reconstitute it and start again? I think its ACS 650 if that makes any difference?

(can you tell I really don't know very much about this side of things)

Thanks for any advice.

And I found a lump of PMC which although it was wrapped in it's plastic film (I had unwrapped it but nor used all of it) has gone hard as a rock. What's the best thing to do with that, is it useable, dunk it in water?? It must have been there for about 3 years. A cube shaped lump about half an inch square (heavy!). Also found an opened half used syringe which I had put the cap back on and put back in its grip lock sleeve, but that has gone hard too, and an unopened syringe :D

Maggie Bergman has written a brilliant pictoral example of re-claiming metal clay

For the syringe just put it in a pot of water with the tip off it should absorb water :)
