I found the product codes for silver tube didn't give any idea of the sizes tube wall thickness etc, so I made a credit card sized visual aid in Corel Draw showing me all the different sizes available, I've found it useful, so I thought I would share it here.

Each tube product is listed as a picture of the cross section, Product code, Outside diameter in mm and Inside diameter in mm.

eg (picture) RSA 005 5.3 2.6

If you scale it to print out the same size as a credit card, the sizes are accurate,

Note - While all members of the Cookson gold forums are welcome to print it out for personal use, I retain copyright for all other purposes.

If you want to use it elsewhere email me first.

Cheers - Dave

Where do I find tutorials and useful sticky ?

Well, this post is now in the Bullion category on the Home page...and the others are in the Jewellery Hints Tips and Tutorials category - stuck to the top of the list.

Could I put in a request/suggestion here? We are getting a lot of excellent information which is being 'stickied' but it isn't always easy to find which of the growing number of categories it might be stickied to... Even putting 'sticky' into the thread search only highlights the one in Jewellery Making Forum Rules for some reason. (OH - and 'THE MAP'!!!!) But nothing from the Hints Tips and Tutorials category.

Could all the sticky threads have a computer wizard's magic wand waved over them so that they show up with the prefix 'sticky' on a 'search' (show threads) as this would be a much simpler way of finding them... (other than having a Sticky category of course!!).:D

Having a search for Stickies wouldn't work as it would also turn up every thread with the word sticky in, lol
If you use the main menu (rather than hitting "New Posts") useful stickes will be at the top of each relevant section.
e.g.
Stickied in:
Jewellery Hints, Tips & Tutorials - Cooksongold Jewellery Making Supplies Forum | Jewellery Making Forums | Craft Forums (http://www.cooksongold.com/forum/jewellery-hints-tips-tutorials/)
You'll find (amongst others)
Technical Info - Measurements, Conversion Tables Etc (http://www.cooksongold.com/forum/jewellery-hints-tips-tutorials/1156-technical-info-measurements-conversion-tables-etc.html)
Video & Text Tutorials (http://www.cooksongold.com/forum/jewellery-hints-tips-tutorials/1137-video-text-tutorials.html)
Lampwork and Glass Tutorial Links (http://www.cooksongold.com/forum/jewellery-hints-tips-tutorials/1135-lampwork-glass-tutorial-links.html)

In the Show off your Jewellery Pieces (http://www.cooksongold.com/forum/show-off-your-jewellery-pieces-here/) Part of the Forum
We currently have the Cookies Christmas Challenge (http://www.cooksongold.com/forum/show-off-your-jewellery-pieces-here/812-cookies-christmas-challenge-prize.html)Stickied
