What is this tool called in English? I already googled and found nothing.

Russian call it "Цайзинг". Sorry i can't post a photo her, because i don't have the necessary 5 post.

Hello Jack
I had a look after your first post but without a picture it would appear to be a tool for making chain which had a mesmerising video or a die for cutting screws. There are many Russian websites so you’ll have to search and see which one fits. I’ve never seen any of them before

Thank you for your effort, CJ57. I checked many Russian websites and could not find other name for that tool. Its looks like only Russian sell it.

I'd describe it as an adjustable square drawplate, but I've not seen one around.

I looks like a cable crimp to me but a draw plate makes more sense

This was the particular brand you mentioned but Google translate isn’t great https://www-uvelirmag-com.translate.goog/yuvelirnye-instrumenty-i-oborudovanie/rezka-gibka/filery/tsayzing-filera-kvadratnaya-reguliruemaya/?_x_tr_sl=ru&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en&_x_tr_pto=sc

But I loved this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5WmlKqn-vM. The interesting part is about half way in

I Googled the name originally and there are so many pics on Pinterest but no description to solve the mystery

An interesting tool. I've used a simpler tool for the making of gadroon wire for repro work years ago. I've known it as as swaging.
