I've been checking out Sievert torches to purchase as my first but I'm unable to decide. I'll be using it with silver and gold projects of a variety of sizes. I found one recommended by this site but it's unable to ship to me. Would appreciate any recommendations. Preferably a Sievert set that would cover small and large projects I could have.

The Sieverts are common as a propane/air torch in Europe; I know the Smith air/acetylene torches are popular in the US, but I don't know of a direct equivalent to the Sievert. The EZ torch might be closest? Have a look at what Rio & Otto Frei offer, for example - but make sure you can get the fuel readily first.
