Does anyone know a source for the inserts shown in this pic - v small gemstones set in tube/bezel/?, preferably with a pin to help setting into a pearl. The plan is to glam up a flaw or two!12546

I played with the permutations and a cheap variation was £80 each. it's a pity only 18ct gold and synthetic stones as options. But, yes, China, that is the sort of thing exactly.
Josef1..2mm stones...maybe 2.5mm across?
