bespoke price

Hello everyone.

Would be great if any of you can share the pricing structure for bespoke orders?
Do you calculate like retail price ?
If you use expensive materials like 1ct diamonds, Do you still add X2 for the materials?
I charge £15 per hour. For bespoke If I charge 3hours is this fair enough? then It takes ages to make for me. [-X
It would be interesting to know how others do.
