The term &#8220;1 Hole&#8221; refers to the presence of a \u2018hole\/dip\u2019 for attaching to other jewellery components. The &#8220;Bead With Cup&#8221; part refers to the design, where the bead has a cup-like feature. Yet these components are super versatile and come in many different sizes (as well variations of precious metals).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First make the silver bead as stable as possible using 2 soldering blocks with the cup facing up. Hold the sterling silver earring post in reverse action tweezers in a third hand. Quench (cool) the bead in water using tweezers.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"320\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cooksongold.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28120\" style=\"width:302px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the bead to a warm pickle solution. Leave for 5 minutes or until clean.
