Approximately 1-2 mm from the edge.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1536\" height=\"2048\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cooksongold.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/IMG_8887.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27070\" style=\"width:335px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 6<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the silver disc on a stable surface and put the pointed end of the centre punch on the pen mark. Hit the top of the silver disc with a hammer lightly this dot is to help guide your drill bit when drilling a hole.
