Sterling Silver Beaded Wire

Our popular sterling silver beaded wire is supplied in a range of thicknesses from 1mm to 3mm. Silver beaded wire can be used to create stacking rings and bangles, as well as adding unique details to plain edge bezels. Mix and match with gold beaded wire for stacking rings and bracelets.

Gold Filled Beaded Wire

For lower price points, we stock a gold filled beaded wire which is suitable for the above applications as well as earrings, bails and clasps. Gold filled means a layer of 12ct gold (approximately 2% of the overall weight) is fused onto the brass core, this creates a thicker layer of gold rather than if it was plated meaning it is more durable and can withstand polishing. For soldering, we recommend using a 14ct yellow gold easy solder.
