I bought my tub of pickling powder years ago, and it is still going strong... I raided the kitchen drawers for a filter coffee measuring spoon, and use old fondue set to warm the pickle through...

Its much easier and less intimidating making up pickle with a powder rather than liquid acid.. However - although this is a good product, it would really be useful to have some sort of measuring spoon or cup with the product - or to have the measurement guide written with more simplicity.. I dont have a scale that I use and I wouldnt want to use it for acid - so I would have been much happier if there was some sort of guide, for example - 10 cups of water to 2 cups of pickle powder, or 102 ratio.. Something that would make it easier to just measure the water in and then know how much pickle powder to put in. On the tub it has a guide saying 1litre of water to 40grams of pickle or something like that I dont know what 40grams looks like and I am mathematically challenged - so working out smaller quantities defeats meCooksons - if it is possible to do so, can you add a simpler ratio measurement to this product Or provide a fact sheet or something That would be great
