A brand new solution, in a hot pickle pot struggled to even remove normal scale and borax after soldering. So after several uses, I'm totally unimpressed. Not a patch on the old safety pickle. The old stuff used to dissolve my work wear, it was pretty corrosive, which is what I want from an acid.This new pickle is just Citric acid as in lemons.
