A coarse compound also known as 'Tripoli'.
Used for the initial polish of most metals after using
emery paper or water of Ayr stone - will also remove
fine file marks.
Generally used with a medium to hard mop eg.Calico (999
AFS-AFV, 999 87N-87P, 999 CA2 & 999 CBF).
Supplied in block form.

Cant really compare to other brands as yet as I havent tried any others, however not sure that I will need to as gets rid of scratches perfectly and comes as quite a large block so Im sure that it will be prove to be economical as well

Removes scratches brilliantly from silver using a Calico mop and dremel. Leaves a reasonably shiny finish that is easily rouged to a mirror type shine. Does come in rather a large block but a life time supply for just over 4 camt be bad
