HALF ROUND... The cross section of the jaw end has one
side half round and the other side flat. This is
commonly used to bend rings. The half round jaw curves
the metal while the flat side jaw helps reduce marks on
the outside of the ring.
These 130mm long pliers are not sprung and are approx
6.1mm wide at the tip.
Also known as goldsmith or ring pliers.

If you are going to be making a number of rings these are a must. Normal flat faced pliers damage the metal as you form the ring, the round face not only protects the inner side of the metal it help you to form a nice even curve.
