Rod Kelly is a Norfolk-based artisan, recognised as one of the country's leading silversmiths. Rod is also one of our longest-standing customers - he has used Cookson to supply his raw materials for over 20 years. It is endlessly fascinating to us to see what our talented customers produce, particularly when they are as skillful as Rod.

He employs traditional techniques, specialising in low relief chasing, and often hand raises large pieces of silver. His commissioned work can be seen in The V&A Museum, The National Museum of Scotland, Norwich City Museum, Birmingham Museum and The British Museum.

Gold Beakers

Raised by hand and chased by Rod in low relief with an oak decoration and a dog-rose respectively. The 18ct beakers weigh about 350gm each and are designed with slightly squared off sides, giving a beautiful shape that is also very comfortable to hold.
