How do I change or update my personal details ?
  • Log into the on-line shop.
  • On the left hand of the welcome page click the 'your details' icon.
  • From this option you can then amend your account details.
Can I provide an alternative address for delivery?
  • For security reasons when paying by credit or debit card goods can only be delivered to the cardholders address.
I've lost my password - how do I log onto the shop ?
  • Simply log onto www.cooksongold.com and in the top right corner underneath the log in box is a link to request your password. Once clicked, simply enter your e-mail address and your password will be sent within minutes. Or alternately click here to request your password via e-mail
Can I amend my address once I've ordered ?
  • Due to security reasons when paying by credit or debit card goods can only be delivered to the cardholders address. Once an order has been confirmed/placed the delivery address can not be amended.
