    Default Hokusai-Beyond the Great Wave.

    Japanese art has long been an inspiration to us in the West, but the current exhibition Hokusai-Beyond the Great Wave, has been a real blockbuster for the British Museum.

    There have been talks, conducted tours, a programme on television and even a film in the cinemas. Queues are a mile long.
    So it's no surprise that someone has found a commercial application.
    The artist had a good sense of humour, so I don't think he would have minded. Dennis

    Love it! I was asked to do a pendant from one of the plates a few years ago.

    This was my interpretation

    Will never get into the museum though!

    Yes I saw it on your website and it's a work of art in its own right, Wallace. I bet the museum cribbed the idea off you. Dennis.

    Thank you Dennis, it gets everywhere! Oh totally, that did make me laugh The Museum had mine as the muse...um! Not. lol.
