    Those particular ones were bought from a company in Germany called Wildcat, before the body piercing "boom". As you've no doubt found out Dennis, they can be picked up quite reasonably these days!

    this is such a good place to keep learning!

    I just use a pair of flush-cutters I picked up (around $50? $60?) from the local bead shop last year, to make the ends of my jump rings flat, and easy to join, whether or not I solder them. They're Japanese, Keiba is the brand name, and I like how they feel in my hand.

    I have some VERY basic stuff for now. but it serves the purpose.

    Gorgeous Dennis, some patience needed there, though I can see it would be quite therapeutic as you say!! Glad that it is wearable after all that effort and such a stunning result
