Default First commission and first pendant

    Finished!

Quite an experience with the 'customer' asking for changes at a very late stage. I wouldn't mind if I was charging, I'd have made a fortune lol.

Aaanyway... Hand carved in wax, cast in sterling with 9ct gold accents. Few things I would do differently if it was 'my' design. Firstly having the rope curling round from the back to bring the star closer to main body. I guess that's the challenge of replicating tattoos, not much room for manoeuvre. Overall though I'm very happy with it.

Thank you dearly to all the people who contributed to it's progress, you were invaluable.

    Cheers

    Vos

Oh well done! I think it looks great - and how nice to see it from sketch to completed. Beautiful finish as well - I can see some work went into that.

Brilliant Vos, but I doubt you would like a late order of 20 before Christmas?

That's absolutely stunning Vos. I love the drawings that show the design process.
