Diamonds?

I've been asked to make someone a pendant with three birthstones on it, one of which happens to be diamond. Where is the best place to purchase a 3mm round diamond? The customer isn't too bothered about clarity etc...but ofcourse it has to be good enough quality. She is on a budget, so any suggestions of where I can source a good enough quality 3mm diamond at reasonable price? I know cooksons do them for around £75...but is there anywhere else?
