In need of a recommendation - retipping

I have a ring that a friend has asked me to sort out, and on inspection, I can see that it needs a few claws retipped. Can anyone recommend somebody to do this without breaking the bank please? If they could also supply the replacement sapphires (4 x 2.4mm) that would be even better!

If it can wait a few weeks I'll be able to do the retipping without needing to pull the stones. Waiting for delivery first...
