Default What is Sterling Silver Hard Bright Rolled Sheet?

I normally use Cookson's Sterling Silver Fully Annealed Soft Sheet but I see that they also sell Hard Bright Rolled Sheet which is much cheaper. What does the 'rolled' mean and what is the difference between the two?
Thanks very much for any advice.

well the hard and rolled bit means that it has been made hard by rolling, so if you wanted to bend or otherwise form it, you'd probably need to anneal it first. Not sure what the bright refers to though.
