Default Daughter Of Multi-Stranded Bangle (in fact the whole family).

Having made a multi-stranded bangle, from ten rings interlinked, (show and Tell, 27.03.12) I thought I would try a similar idea for ear hoops. This time I used only 0.8mm mm wire with five rings for each side, hung from flowery studs containing a tube set CZ for extra bling.

If this is the daughter, then surely the grandmother is the Russian wedding band and last year’s moonstone necklace is the auntie. They’re fun to do, so if they grab you have a go. Dennis.

Ooh, I really like the moonstone necklace. Any chance of a closer shot of the pendant?

Thanks! Is the bezel just soldered to one of the rings?

Yes, but the rings are soldered to each other. This is strong enough for a pendant and gives a kind of floating appearance, but would not do for a heavy duty item. A year on it is still in good shape.

    Thanks, Wallace. Dennis.
