you use a plastic model. tree the bits up then use investment cast and burn the plastic out at 1000 degrees over night and cast it in the morning. media blast the bits you want oxidise the areas you need put bits together.
the back wheels still has its spring so it can move and the front wheels can still turn.
puts the wire bicycle I made from copper wire to real shame... think I might bin it now

and no its not for an order we made it because we thought it would be fun! although maybe a ebay auction or motorbike magazine ad might be taken into account.
a trade customer saw it and he wants a spitfire aeroplane maybe thats the next one!
